All our offerings are digital in nature, and no physical shipment is involved. The delivery process depends on the type of service purchased.

2. Webinars

  • Upon successful registration and payment, the webinar access details, including the joining link, will be delivered via WhatsApp and email.
  • Please ensure you provide a valid email ID and WhatsApp number during registration to receive timely access.

3. Mentorship Programs & Courses

  • For mentorship programs and courses, all digital assets, including learning materials, videos, and resources, will be provided through our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • After successful enrollment, users will be added to our LMS within 24-48 hours, and access credentials will be sent to the registered email ID.
  • If you encounter any issues accessing the LMS, please reach out to our support team.

4. Non-Delivery & Resolution

  • In rare cases where a user does not receive the necessary access links or credentials within the stipulated time, we request you to check your spam/junk folder first.
  • If the issue persists, please raise a ticket or contact our support team for immediate assistance.
