    • All course fees and webinar fees are non-refundable. Once you have made a purchase, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  2. Course and Webinar Access:

    • Upon successful enrollment and payment, participants will gain immediate access to their selected course or webinar via the ProSync Enroller Portal on their registered Mail ID.

      To begin, users must create a password. Complete login instructions will be provided in the welcome email upon purchase. 

  3.   Pre-Purchase Review Encouraged   
    • We urge all prospective enrollers to carefully review the course descriptions, content outlines, and any available previews prior to purchase. This will ensure the program aligns with your expectations and requirements.

    As full access to webinar is granted upon enrollment, this course is non-refundable under any circumstances.

    Given the personalized preparation, time commitment, and strategic value, session fees are non-refundable once booked.

ProSync reserves the right to update, modify, or improve course materials, structure, delivery methods, or policies without prior notice.

  • Significant changes that impact your learning journey will be communicated via email or in-platform notifications.

Termination of Access:

ProSync retains the right to revoke access to any course or webinar without refund if a participant is found to:

  • Violate the platform's Terms of Use or Code of Conduct,
  • Engage in unethical, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior, or
  • Breach intellectual property regulations, such as sharing or reproducing course materials without consent.

Intellectual Property Rights:

All course content, including videos, workbooks, presentations, and bonuses, remains the intellectual property of ProSync.

  • Enrollers are granted read-only, non-commercial usage rights.
  • Copying, redistributing, re-recording, or repurposing any part of the course content is strictly prohibited.
  • Any infringement will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal consequences.

Acceptance of Terms:

By purchasing any ProSync product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy and the associated terms of use.
